Walkin' Roll Activities League Inc.'s Dice Run Fundraiser has just wrapped up! It took place on August 17, 2019.
The motorcycle group, led by Sherrill Baxter, make fundraising for our group a priority year after year. This year he was assisted by his new bride, Shannon. She led the way and guided our participants in tie-dying this year's Event T-shirts. So if you get the opportunity to reach out to one of these outsanding individuals, please thank them for their continued commitment to our community.

Matthew Thornburg and Matthew Lipford played in the first ever Walkin' Roll Allstar game back in 1994 and have not missed an Allstar game yet. In 2015, the two Matthew's were the first players ever to be inducted into the Walkin' Roll Hall of Fame.
Joseph Self was the first player to receive the Brett Workman "I AM" Award in 2015.
Mandy Davis was awarded the 2016 Brett Workman "I AM" Award.
The WBTV camera man that was on site the day of our Allstar game this year, took lots of video footage of players hitting, running and eating. He interviewed players and coaches as well as interviewed Sharon Barlow, the founder and director of our league. That WBTV Carolina Camera segment originally aired on Monday, 6/23/14 @ 9pm.
